As President of Susan R. Meyer, Coaching and Consulting, I have over 35 years of experience coaching and designing and establishing growth experiences for individuals and organizations in corporate, government, not-for-profit, social service, health care and university settings.

Additional experience includes designing and leading programs on emotional intelligence, leadership development, reflective mentoring, team building, visual problem solving, fierce communication, career development, life planning, strategic learning, coaching skills for leaders, performance management and the personal growth workshop, Women Living for Today and Tomorrow, featured in The New York Times.
I bring an eclectic background to my practice. My skills in getting to the heart of issues and working with clients to craft clear plans grew out of years of coaching, teaching (pre-school through grad school) and training (trainers and line staff through executive managers). This experience set allows me to see the common themes in each client’s experience and use those to develop individualized strategies.
